Shannon Magee

Shannon Magee is a senior director of gift planning in the USC Office of Gift Planning. She provides support to Advancement staff across the university on planned giving matters, including the review and drafting of gift agreements, collaborating on donor meetings or discussions involving planned giving options, drafting modification agreements, and preparing tax illustrations. She also oversees the USC Donor Advised Fund program and the administration of USC Charitable Remainder Trusts and Annuities.

Shannon previously worked for over 10 years as a tax advisor with the corporate mergers and acquisitions team at Ernst & Young LLP in Los Angeles. She received her JD and LLM in taxation from the University of San Diego.
